Questions:
I think i would make a great staff member because i know how to handle most situations correctly, i know how to code plugins (i know server events, commands, world creation), I would be willing to handle everything, i won't troll and i am an honest player that has known your for quite some time now.
A good staff member is active with the community, has a good relationship this the community and owner, does not abuse, does not use powers for ones benefit (ex: a bribe), takes all the information that he has available to him to make a right decision, contacts you when serious threats have been discovered/ proposed, does not exploit, plays fair, and reports exploits.
